On Q Renovations & Construction was built from the ground up, literally. Over a decade ago, we started as a one-man operation with a truck, a work ethic, and a commitment to doing things right. Today we're a full-service general contracting company serving homeowners, investors, and commercial property owners across the Florida Panhandle.

Our roots run deep here. Co-founder Jeff is Fort Walton Beach born and raised. He knows these communities, these homes, and what Florida's coastal conditions demand from a building. That local knowledge isn't something you can fake, and it shows in every project we deliver.

Over the years we've grown into a team capable of handling everything from full home renovations and new construction to exterior work, storm damage repair, and commercial builds. But the way we operate hasn't changed since day one — show up, communicate, do quality work, and treat every home like it's our own.

We're not a national franchise. We're not a revolving door of subcontractors. We're a local company that built its reputation one project at a time across Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Navarre, Niceville, and the surrounding Emerald Coast.
